１４、１５日と開催してきた、「敬老の日の家族写真」いよいよ明日２１日が最終日となりました。 普段言えない気持ちを写真を通して伝えてみませんか？

自分写真のススメ
先日機会があって、父に写真を撮ってもらった。人のは撮るくせに自分が映るのは苦手で全然好きじゃなかった、でも写ったのをみてみたら、自分的になかなか気に入ってしまった。心境の変化なのか、自分で仕事をしていることもあってSNSなどに顔出ししなくてはなぁ、と思っていたことなどもあって無意識に覚悟を決めていたのか。また、自分で体感しなくては人様におすすめもできないな、とも思っていたし、、。早速、インスタグラムやwebのabout page に掲載、、。プリントまでしてもらって、今や部屋に飾ってまでいる。なんだか、気に入った写真は自己肯定感さえ上がる気がしてしまった。これは定期的に撮ったほうが面白そうだ、とも思った。 これを機に自分写真を全力で全力で推したいと思っている。自分写真、おすすめですよ。定期的に撮られることをお勧めいたします♪

The other day, my dad took some photos of me. I’m always the one behind the camera, so being in front of it felt awkward — honestly, I’ve never liked it. But when I looked at the photos… I actually liked what I saw.
Maybe something inside me has changed. Working freelance, I’ve been thinking it’s about time I show my face more — on Instagram, on my website, everywhere. Maybe I was ready for it without even realizing. And besides, if I want to recommend something to others, I should experience it myself first, right?
So I went ahead and posted the photos on Instagram and my About page. I even printed one out and put it up in my room. Now every time I see it, it gives me a little boost — like my self-esteem gets a small upgrade.
It made me realize: having a photo you truly like can really change how you feel about yourself. So from now on, I’m all in for “self-portraits.”Seriously, I recommend getting your own photo taken once in a while — it’s worth it.

カタチになる事
先日物撮りした、画像がカタチになった。
ガラス作家の友人が今度作家同士で展示をするというのでその告知用の写真が必要で、撮影を依頼してくれた。
普段、だいたい画像での納品や、あとはwebへの掲載なので手に取ってみることができるものになることがほとんどない。だけどこうして小さなポストカードサイズでもカタチになってみると感激した。デザインはプロのデザイナーさんに依頼して作ってもらったらしく、色も綺麗に出してくださって、ポストカードの質感も良くて喜びが倍増しました。
ガラス作家の友人が手渡ししてくれましたが、良いものになったよねと、2人で大喜びしました。
The other day, the product photos I shot finally came to life.
A glass artist friend of mine is preparing for an exhibition with other artists, and she needed some photos for the announcement. She asked me to do the shoot.
Most of the time, my work is delivered as digital files or used online, so I rarely get to see it in a form I can actually hold. But when I saw it printed—even just as a small postcard—I was honestly touched. The design was done by a professional designer, the colors came out beautifully, and the postcard itself had such a nice texture. It doubled the joy for me.
My friend handed me one in person, and we both couldn’t stop smiling, saying, “This turned out so nice!”
