  先日機会があって、父に写真を撮ってもらった。人のは撮るくせに自分が映るのは苦手で全然好きじゃなかった、でも写ったのをみてみたら、自分的になかなか気に入ってしまった。心境の変化なのか、自分で仕事をしていることもあってSNSなどに顔出ししなくてはなぁ、と思っていたことなどもあって無意識に覚悟を決めていたのか。また、自分で体感しなくては人様におすすめもできないな、とも思っていたし、、。早速、インスタグラムやwebの about page に掲載、、。プリントまでしてもらって、今や部屋に飾ってまでいる。なんだか、気に入った写真は自己肯定感さえ上がる気がしてしまった。これは定期的に撮ったほうが面白そうだ、とも思った。　これを機に自分写真を全力で全力で推したいと思っている。自分写真、おすすめですよ。定期的に撮られることをお勧めいたします♪ #ポートレート　＃自分写真　＃自分の記録 https://www.misato-uehara.com The other day, my dad took some photos of me.
