やっと、暗いトンネルから抜け出すことができた。つらかったなあ。また、それが訪れるかもしれないけど、そのときはそのときでじっくりと自分と向き合うことにする。

とりあえず、来年こういうところへ行けるように今頑張る。

Finally I could get out of long long dark tunnel. It was so hard for me. It may come to me again , but I will face it carefully in that time at that time.

For the time being, I will do the best now that I can go like there.
